Registration for IAATO 2018 and Hotel Reservations

Registration is now available for IAATO 2018. Meeting registration can be completed here.

Guest rooms have been blocked at the Hotel Viking at the nightly rate of $184.00 plus tax and service. Please click here to make a reservation. ***ALL IAATO BLOCKED ROOMS ARE RESERVED.  Please contact hotel directly for reservations.

Wednesday - May 2nd - Annual Gala Dinner 
The annual dinner reception will be held at the Rotunda Ballroom at Easton's Beach on Wednesday, May 2nd for all members.

Two attendees per member are complimentary. Others may attend if pre-registered at a cost of US $100.00 per guest.

Special added attractions located right at beach: Take a ride on the Carousel at First Beach and explore Save the Bay's Exploration Center and Aquarium.
 



Workshop - Friday, 04 May (08:30-12:30)
"Off-ice to on-ice - the future of expedition voyage planning"

Facilitated by Damon and Lisa of the IAATO secretariat, the workshop will explore different possible future regimes of voyage coordination and planning, with an emphasis on group work on scenarios.  Please can all participants ensure they download the IAATO Polar guide App to their mobile phones, as some required workshop materials will be available through the app.ack soon for workshop information.
