Please Note
Only Operators physically present at the annual meeting will be permitted to vote.
Those not physically present forfeit their vote for the meeting.
Closed and Operator Only sessions will not be available virtually to any members.
The deadline to submit any proposed agenda items to the Secretariat/EC for the 2025 AGM is
February 14, 2025 (60 days in advance of the meeting).

Pricing Information
Please see the current annual meeting pricing information below.
$1,500 for each additional Associate representative at the annual meeting, after the first two. This amount includes annual dinner attendance.
$1,500 for each non-profit Associate member attendee.
Annual Dinner costs: $100 for each additional attendee after the first two and any annual dinner guest who is not attending the annual meeting
(for example, a significant other).
Annual Dinner Entrée Selection
The Annual Dinner will be held on Wednesday, April 16. More information will be coming soon.
