The Antarctic Gateway Committee (AGC) collaborates with the secretariat and Executive Committee to create a strategy for IAATO that promotes safe, secure, sustainable, viable, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations at Antarctic gateways.

The Peninsula Air-Cruise Sub-committee (PACSC) offers a platform for sharing information and best practices among members involved in air-cruise operations in the Antarctic Peninsula area.
