
Falkland Islands Tourist Board
The Falkland Islands Tourist Board (FITB) was founded in the early 1990s, but became a Statutory Corporation in 2014; FITB has a Board of nine directors and a small team of professionals based in the country’s capital, Stanley.
FITB plays a leading role in the establishment and delivery of the national tourism strategy and development in the Falkland Islands. It aims for the Falklands Islands to have a worldwide reputation for its unrivalled wildlife and natural environment, as well as the friendly hospitality and quality experience.
FITB is also responsible for the daily management of the Jetty Visitor Centre in Stanley.
