New Headings LLC, started in June 2002, daily operations consist of:
1) We operate 60+ private label online gear shops for tour operators and their travelers. Each online gear shops offerings is customized to meet the specific gear needs of each tour operators family of travelers. They are one stop
shops.
a. Our tour operator clients include a number of current IAATO Operator Members.
b. Our stores are stocked with top brand performance gear appropriate for polar expeditions (we carry Outdoor Research, Helly Hansen, NRS, Columbia, Eagle Creek, and
others)
c. The online stores we build help execute guest premium and gift programs we implement together with our tour operator partners
d. Each online gear shop offers gear for sale and for rent
2) We wholesale our brand name gear to our operator partners for a variety of purposes:
a. Guest & Trade Premiums and Giveaways
b. Staff Uniforms
c. Resale i.e. reselling to operators who offer the goods for sale in shipboard stores
3) We produce significant custom orders for our operator partners, utilizing the manufacturing relationships we enjoy in the Far East:

c. Soft-side Duffels
d. Fleece Jackets & Vests
